Most Popular Questions

How do I get a quote?

The quickest way is through our online Instant Quote Calculator. For larger or more unusual properties, you can send us photographs and we’ll provide a free, no-obligation quotation.

Do I need to be home?

Not usually. As long as we have safe access to the areas being cleaned, you don’t need to be home unless we’re carrying out internal cleaning.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Please make sure gates are unlocked, pets are safely secured, windows and roof vents are closed, and vehicles are moved if they restrict access.

When do I pay?

Payment is due within 48 hours of the work being completed. Payment details will be included on your invoice.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry £5 million Public Liability Insurance for complete peace of mind.

Window Cleaning

Do you offer regular window cleaning?

Yes. We offer one-off and regular window cleaning. Our regular rounds operate on either a 6-week or 12-week schedule.

What’s included in a window clean?

Our standard external window clean includes the glass, frames, sills and exterior doors where accessible. Internal window cleaning is available as an optional service.

Can you clean windows above a conservatory?

Yes. Our hot purified water-fed pole system allows us to safely clean windows above conservatories and other difficult-to-reach areas without needing to climb onto the roof.

Do you use ladders?

Almost all of our window cleaning is carried out safely from the ground using a hot purified water-fed pole system. This allows us to clean windows up to approximately 65 feet high without ladders in most situations.

Why do my windows sometimes look spotty after the first clean?

The first clean removes built-up dirt, old detergent residue and contamination around the frames. As the frames continue to drain, small marks may appear after drying. This is normal and usually improves after the first couple of regular cleans.

Can you clean windows in direct sunlight?

Yes. Our hot purified water window cleaning system is designed to leave a spotless, streak-free finish without detergents, even in direct sunlight. Purified water dries naturally without leaving residue behind.

Gutter Clearing

How often should gutters be cleared?

For most homes, we recommend having gutters professionally cleared every 2 to 3 years. Properties surrounded by trees or those that regularly collect moss may benefit from more frequent maintenance.

How do you clear gutters?

We use a professional high-powered gutter vacuum system to safely remove moss, leaves and debris from the ground. Where appropriate, we also use cameras or drones to inspect the gutters before and after cleaning.

Can you remove moss from gutters without using ladders?

Yes. Most gutter clearing is carried out safely from the ground using our professional high-powered gutter vacuum system. This allows us to remove moss, leaves and debris without ladders in the vast majority of situations.

Do you repair gutters?

No. We specialise in cleaning rather than repairs. If we identify damaged guttering while carrying out the work, we’ll let you know.

Fascia, Soffit & uPVC Cleaning

Can you remove black spots from uPVC?

In many cases, yes. We use professional uPVC cleaning products that can significantly improve fascias, soffits and cladding. However, some black spotting, mould staining or oxidisation may be permanent, so complete removal cannot always be guaranteed.

What is included in fascia and soffit cleaning?

Fascia and soffit cleaning includes the external fascias, soffits, gutter exteriors and downpipes. Where quoted, external window cleaning is included at the same visit.

Conservatory Roof Cleaning

Do you pressure wash conservatory roofs?

No. We do not pressure wash conservatory roofs. We use safer cleaning methods to protect seals, panels and frames.

What is included in a conservatory roof clean?

Our conservatory roof cleaning includes the exterior roof panels, frames, finials, gutters, windows and doors. Internal conservatory cleaning is only included if specifically quoted.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Do you clean solar panels?

Yes. We provide professional solar panel cleaning for residential and commercial properties. We use purified hot water and specialist solar panel cleaning equipment to safely remove dirt, pollen, bird droppings and other contaminants.

How often should solar panels be cleaned?

For most properties, we recommend cleaning solar panels every 12 to 24 months. Properties near trees, farms, busy roads or coastal areas may benefit from more frequent cleaning.

Booking & Quotes

Do you need to visit before quoting?

In most cases, no. Using photographs, satellite imagery and online property information allows us to provide accurate quotations without needing a site visit.

How long is my quote valid?

Unless stated otherwise, quotations remain valid for 30 days.

How do I book?

Once you’re happy with your quotation, simply let us know you’d like to proceed. We’ll arrange the next available appointment and send you a booking confirmation with everything you need to know.

Will you remind me before my appointment?

Yes. We’ll send you a reminder before your appointment confirming the date, the service booked and anything you need to do before we arrive.
