Not usually. As long as we have safe access to the areas being cleaned, you don’t need to be home unless we’re carrying out internal cleaning.
Please make sure gates are unlocked, pets are safely secured, windows and roof vents are closed, and vehicles are moved if they restrict access.
Payment is due within 48 hours of the work being completed. Payment details will be included on your invoice.

Yes. We offer one-off and regular window cleaning. Our regular rounds operate on either a 6-week or 12-week schedule.
Our standard external window clean includes the glass, frames, sills and exterior doors where accessible. Internal window cleaning is available as an optional service.
Yes. Our hot purified water-fed pole system allows us to safely clean windows above conservatories and other difficult-to-reach areas without needing to climb onto the roof.
Almost all of our window cleaning is carried out safely from the ground using a hot purified water-fed pole system. This allows us to clean windows up to approximately 65 feet high without ladders in most situations.
The first clean removes built-up dirt, old detergent residue and contamination around the frames. As the frames continue to drain, small marks may appear after drying. This is normal and usually improves after the first couple of regular cleans.
Yes. Our hot purified water window cleaning system is designed to leave a spotless, streak-free finish without detergents, even in direct sunlight. Purified water dries naturally without leaving residue behind.
For most homes, we recommend having gutters professionally cleared every 2 to 3 years. Properties surrounded by trees or those that regularly collect moss may benefit from more frequent maintenance.
We use a professional high-powered gutter vacuum system to safely remove moss, leaves and debris from the ground. Where appropriate, we also use cameras or drones to inspect the gutters before and after cleaning.
Yes. Most gutter clearing is carried out safely from the ground using our professional high-powered gutter vacuum system. This allows us to remove moss, leaves and debris without ladders in the vast majority of situations.
No. We specialise in cleaning rather than repairs. If we identify damaged guttering while carrying out the work, we’ll let you know.
In many cases, yes. We use professional uPVC cleaning products that can significantly improve fascias, soffits and cladding. However, some black spotting, mould staining or oxidisation may be permanent, so complete removal cannot always be guaranteed.
Fascia and soffit cleaning includes the external fascias, soffits, gutter exteriors and downpipes. Where quoted, external window cleaning is included at the same visit.
No. We do not pressure wash conservatory roofs. We use safer cleaning methods to protect seals, panels and frames.
Our conservatory roof cleaning includes the exterior roof panels, frames, finials, gutters, windows and doors. Internal conservatory cleaning is only included if specifically quoted.
Yes. We provide professional solar panel cleaning for residential and commercial properties. We use purified hot water and specialist solar panel cleaning equipment to safely remove dirt, pollen, bird droppings and other contaminants.
For most properties, we recommend cleaning solar panels every 12 to 24 months. Properties near trees, farms, busy roads or coastal areas may benefit from more frequent cleaning.
In most cases, no. Using photographs, satellite imagery and online property information allows us to provide accurate quotations without needing a site visit.
Unless stated otherwise, quotations remain valid for 30 days.

No. Our vans are fully equipped with purified water systems and all the equipment needed to complete the work independently.
Yes. Pure water window cleaning works well in light rain. However, we may rearrange appointments during severe weather such as high winds, storms, snow or icy conditions.
Yes. Whenever practical, we provide before and after photographs, particularly for gutter clearing, conservatory roof cleaning and other services where results may not be easily visible from ground level.

We’re based near Uckfield and primarily cover locations within approximately a 7-mile radius, including Uckfield, Buxted, Crowborough, Heathfield, Newick, Ringmer, Lewes and Maresfield. We may travel further for larger projects.
