We’re an independent, locally run business based in Buxted, proudly serving a 7-mile radius including Uckfield, Crowborough and Heathfield 📍. Every property is treated with care, attention and professional-grade equipment.
Below is everything you need to know about how we operate.
🗓 Your Cleaning Schedule
Your first clean date has been confirmed by text message or email 📩.
Ongoing visits will take place at your selected frequency:

We operate all year round to keep your property consistently maintained 🌿.
Please allow slight flexibility around bank holidays, Christmas periods or annual leave. Occasionally we may be a day or two either side of schedule.
💧 Our Purified Water Cleaning System
We use a professional 4040 reverse osmosis filtration system to produce ultra-pure water before every clean.
Standard tap water contains minerals such as calcium and magnesium. When ordinary water dries, those minerals remain behind, causing spotting and streaking.
Our system removes up to 99% of dissolved solids through a three-stage process:
1️⃣ Pre-filtration removes sediment and chlorine
2️⃣ A 4040 reverse osmosis membrane removes dissolved minerals
3️⃣ Final de-ionisation polishing produces zero-ppm purified water
The result is water so pure it dries naturally without leaving residue behind.
We clean:
On every visit ✅.
Please avoid wiping or drying the windows after we leave. The purified water needs to dry naturally for the best finish.
🔑 Access & Service Day Information
Rear access is required to complete a full clean.
The evening before your visit, you’ll receive an automated reminder text asking you to ensure gates are unlocked 🔓.
If access isn’t available, we’ll clean accessible front windows only and the full price will still apply.

🌧 Weather Policy
We clean in most weather conditions.
Our purified water system works effectively in rain and cold temperatures 🌦. Rain does not affect the final result.
We only reschedule in genuinely unsafe conditions such as:

Severe weather warnings
If we need to reschedule, we will contact you directly.
💰 Payments
Once your clean is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation message 📲.
Payment is due within 48 hours via:
Late payments may incur a small administration fee.
For regular customers, Direct Debit provides a simple and automatic option. Payment is only collected after your clean has been carried out.
🔁 Regular Service & Pricing
Our pricing is structured around ongoing 6- or 12-weekly maintenance.
Skipped or postponed cleans may result in a revised price, as longer gaps require additional time and effort to restore the windows.
Cancellations on the day of your scheduled clean will be charged in full, as we are unable to refill the slot at short notice.
We review our pricing annually in line with operating costs and continued investment in equipment and insurance 📈.
The next scheduled review is April 2027.
Customers are always notified in advance of any adjustments.
🆕 New Customer Policy
Unlike many companies, we do not apply a first-clean surcharge.
To make this possible, we ask new customers to commit to a minimum of three cleans.
If service is cancelled before three visits are completed, the final invoice will be adjusted to our 12-weekly (one-off) rate.
This keeps pricing fair for both new and long-standing customers.
