  • Duration: The time required to complete our service varies depending on the size of your property and the specific service being performed. We are committed to completing every job thoroughly and efficiently.

Regular Service Schedule

Our regular services are available year-round to keep your property looking its best. When booking, you selected a schedule that works for you:

  • Options: 4-Weekly, 8-Weekly, 12-Weekly cleans, or One-Off Service.

🔑 Access & Service Day Information

Access Policy (Crucial)

We require rear access to complete the full service.

  • The Evening Before: You will receive an automated text message requesting you ensure your side or rear gate is unlocked.

  • Failure to Provide Access: If access is not provided, we will only be able to clean the accessible front windows. You will be charged 75% of the full price for this partial service.

  • Note: Our SMS service is automated and cannot receive replies. If you need to contact us, please use the contact number below.

Weather Guarantee & Policy

Our professional pure water cleaning systems are designed to work effectively in almost all weather conditions.

  • All-Weather Service: We offer an all-year-round service and will clean your property in rain and very low temperatures. Weather conditions are not an acceptable reason for postponing services.

  • Exceptions: High winds and deep snow do affect our ability to safely perform the service and may require us to reschedule. We will notify you immediately if this occurs.

💰 Payment & Contact

Service Completion & Payment

  • Notification: Once your clean is finished, we will send you a text message notification.

  • Payment Due: We request payment be made via bank transfer or online within 48 hours of your clean.

  • Late Payments: Please ensure prompt payment, as late payments may incur a fee.

Preferred Payment Method (Regular Customers)

We strongly encourage our regular window cleaning customers to sign up for GoCardless (Direct Debit) for seamless, hassle-free payments.

  • Payments are collected 3–5 days after your clean.

  • No Clean, No Payment guarantee.

We are committed to providing professional, reliable, and high-quality services.

  • If You Are Unhappy: If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 48 hours of the service completion.

  • Our Promise: We will return to your property and re-clean the area free of charge to resolve the issue.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a 50% service fee.

  • Liability: We cannot be held liable for damages caused by pre-existing defects (e.g., loose fittings, decorative window bars not properly installed).

  • Insurance: For your peace of mind, we are a fully insured business, carrying £5 million in public liability insurance.
