Access Policy (Crucial)
 
We require rear access to complete the full service.

The Evening Before: You will receive an automated text message requesting you ensure your side or rear gate is unlocked.

Failure to Provide Access: If access is not provided, we will only be able to clean the accessible front windows. You will be charged 75% of the full price for this partial service.

Weather Guarantee & Policy
 
Our professional pure water cleaning systems are designed to work effectively in almost all weather conditions.

All-Weather Service: We offer an all-year-round service and will clean your property in rain and very low temperatures. Weather conditions are not an acceptable reason for postponing services.

Exceptions: High winds and deep snow do affect our ability to safely perform the service and may require us to reschedule. We will notify you immediately if this occurs.

Payment Due: We request payment be made via bank transfer or online within 48 hours of your clean.

We strongly encourage our regular window cleaning customers to sign up for GoCardless (Direct Debit) for seamless, hassle-free payments.
