What is included in a window cleaning service, and how do I get a price?

Often people think of having their windows cleaned as a luxury, and they rarely think it is needed. The truth is, window cleaning can be a crucial factor in your windows lasting to their entire lifespan in the long run.

As well as being unsightly, dirty windows block the flow of light into your property. Considering the often hazardous nature of cleaning windows (particularly those that aren't ground-floor level), we would always advise against the DIY approach.

  1. Send us a message with your full address and photos of the property.
  2. We will respond with a price promptly, and a suggested cleaning date. (Ad-Hoc or Join our 4 or 8 weekly rounds)
  3. You will receive an automated text message the day before we are due.
  4. You leave any access open for us so we can work around the property.
  5. Our uniform team make our way around the property, cleaning your property windows and doors. (Includes Frames and Window Sills) Using our pure hot water providing the highest standards of cleaning.
  6. You will receive a digital invoice to make payment via bank transfer or sign up to GoCardless to make payment via Direct debit 5 to 7 days later.

We carry out the large majority of our cleaning with our reach and wash system from the safety of the ground. We purified our water from our HQ in Uckfield transfer this water into our cleaning vehicles. The water is then heated up and pump up to our carbon fibre telescopic poles, with a suitable cleaning brush for your specific windows. The dirt is washed from your window frames, glass and sills. Then the windows are rinsed down with pure water and left to dry naturally - because we use purified water, it will dry, leaving no chemical smears and squeegee marks. No more dirty water or grubby clothes that have been used throughout the week on multiple houses.
