Our new Gutter Clearing Club offers eligible customers a gutter clearance every 12 months at a discounted maintenance rate. Your next visit is booked in advance, so you don’t have to remember to arrange it each year.
We’re starting with a small group of customers in Uckfield, with plans to offer the service in other areas where we can build a local gutter clearing round.
How does it work?
After your initial gutter clearance, we’ll invite you to join the club if your property is suitable and we have a maintenance round available in your area.
Once you join, we’ll book your next clearance for 12 months’ time and confirm your discounted price beforehand. After each maintenance visit, you’ll receive your invoice and the date for your next annual clearance.
Why is the price lower?
The club works in a similar way to our regular window cleaning rounds. We group nearby properties together and dedicate the day to gutter clearing, with the van equipped and ready for that service.
This reduces travelling and setup time between jobs. Your gutters will also have been cleared by us within the previous 12 months, allowing us to plan the visit as ongoing maintenance.
Those savings mean we can offer around 24% off our usual one-off gutter clearing price, depending on your property and the maintenance rate we quote.
What’s included?
Each annual maintenance visit includes:

Clearing moss, leaves, silt, dirt and other debris from your gutters using our high-powered gutter vacuum.

A downpipe airflow test to check for blockages.

Collecting and removing the debris from your property.

An invoice after the visit and a booking date for your next clearance in 12 months’ time.
You’ll still receive a thorough gutter clearance, with the focus on keeping your gutters and downpipes clear.
What about the gutter health report?
Your initial gutter clearance includes our gutter health report, with before-and-after photographs and observations about the condition of your guttering.
The detailed report and photographs are not included in club maintenance visits. This reduces the time spent preparing reports and helps us keep the annual maintenance price lower.
If we notice an issue during your visit, we’ll still let you know. Any repairs would be discussed and priced separately.
Who can join?
The Gutter Clearing Club is available to customers:

Whose gutters have been cleared by Harry’s Cleaning within the last 12 months.

Whose property can be included in one of our local gutter clearing rounds.

Who would like to continue with a clearance every 12 months.
Availability depends on having enough nearby properties to organise a dedicated gutter clearing day, so the club won’t be available to every customer or in every area initially.
We’ll also consider whether annual clearing is suitable for your property. Homes surrounded by trees or with heavy moss buildup may need more frequent attention.

A planned annual clearance helps you stay ahead of debris buildup and reduces the chance of blocked gutters and overflowing downpipes. It also gives you one less household job to remember, with the next visit already in the diary.
